  • The Annual Package PLUS monthly meetings. Chose monthly or bi-monthly meetings.

    After initial training, regular meetings are a great way to continue to fine-tune QuickBooks and your business. Tax planning and business consulting is included in any meeting. Our last meeting of the year will be for tax planning to optimize tax savings.

    Most importantly, all packages include unlimited phone and email support throughout the year, so your questions are answered right away!

    Support packages do not include income tax preparation, which will be billed separately.

    $275/billed monthly (or bi-monthly)

  • The Annual Package PLUS three additional mid-year meetings.

    If you feel confident with QuickBooks and the systems we’ve developed in training, Quarterly meetings are sufficient to keep you on track and identifying new goals. As described in the annual package, our last meeting of the year will be for tax planning to optimize tax savings.

    Most importantly, all packages include unlimited phone and email support throughout the year, so your questions are answered right away!

    Support packages do not include income tax preparation, which will be billed separately.

    $355/billed quarterly

  • The Annual Package PLUS a mid-year meeting.

    Meetings are important for continued training and to dig in beyond a “quick question”. As described in the annual package, we’ll meet to specifically plan to optimize tax savings.

    Most importantly, all packages include unlimited phone and email support throughout the year, so your questions are answered right away!

    Support packages do not include income tax preparation, which will be billed separately.

  • The annual tax planning meeting is a critical part of your business success. Late in the year, we’ll review your bookkeeping, make projections, discuss options, and optimize tax savings.

  • When we need to fast-track progress, we might meet daily, weekly, or bi-weekly to reach your action plan goals quickly. As we develop systems, train staff and resolve problems, we will reduce the frequency of our meetings to meet your evolving needs.

    As with the other packages, unlimited phone and email support is included between meetings, so your questions are answered right away!
